The new season of Filharmonia Hungary pushes the boundaries of classical music with exciting, entertaining, and diverse concerts. At the heart of the season lies the meeting of music and humor.

Judit Schell and Boldizsár László – Musical Theatre in a Unique Style
The collaboration between the actress and the opera singer is a true rarity: famous hits such as ABBA: Money, Money, Money, Queen: I Want to Break Free, and Cabaret: Maybe This Time are reimagined in tango and Latin styles. In the theatrical performance envisioned by the brilliant dramaturg Gergely Zöldi, the songs take on new meaning, complemented by creative video projections. The repertoire also features Roxanne’s Ballad, Caruso, Parole Parole, Madrid Madrid, as well as iconic tango melodies by András Kern and János Bródy.

A humorous and thought-provoking evening born from the fusion of poetry and music, telling stories about animals and human nature – with verse, music, and plenty of laughter.

Fool Moon – Movie Music for the Human Voice
Hungary’s most popular a cappella group brings to life the greatest film hits – using nothing but the human voice. Familiar tunes with surprising twists!

Danubia Orchestra – The Music of Love
To close the season, the Danubia Orchestra invites the audience on an emotional journey. Some of the most beautiful and beloved love-themed pieces in music history will be performed – guaranteeing a heartwarming experience for all.
