Daddy, come on! - Dispel the darkness!
Not only were Mozart and Haydn true friends, Mozart called Haydn his dad and regarded him as his older role model from the very beginning of their friendship, but they were also members of the same cabal, the Masonic movement, whose notions and conceptions can be discovered in their works created after joining the organization. They went almost “hand in hand,” which will be no different at the opening concert in Békéscsaba on the 9th of November, where Haydn's unique symphony, crowned by a four-piece Mozart block, will be performed at a joint concert by the Budapest Festival Orchestra and violinist Alexandra Conunova.
